Customer Profile
Gap Inc's Profile pages are used by customers to set up and manage their personal information across their brands’ eCommerce sites. These pages encompass the entire lifecycle of a user account, including registration, authentication, saved settings, and order details. In 2019, I redesigned all Profile pages into a cohesive, easy-to-use experience for customers.

TRNIO
3D Scanning
TRNIO is an iOS app offering mobile 3D scanning and sharing. TRNIO was concerned that new users were having difficulty using the app. Informed by extensive usability testing, we redesigned the app to leverage the use of augmented reality, featuring a graphic overlay in the camera view to guide the user through the scanning process.
